car update

The day after we bought our car the battery light came on. My dad told me to check the alternator belt and see if it was tight or if we needed a new one. Surprisingly, I have no idea what an alternator looks like but I thought I would be able to see something with a belt on it. No. So we took it to my uncle's neighbor's old mission companion's car lot and his coworker took a look and said the reason the light was on was that we had NO alternator belt. He recommended the mechanic they use and they fixed the car right up. They had to replace 3 belts. I didn't feel as dumb not being able to find the alternator belt after I found out it didn't exist.

I did correctly check and add oil. I can do that one thing in cars.

I am glad it was a simple fix. I was trying to think of a way to help you fix it over the phone!!!
