Something sad.

My family has always had (outside) cats, but we've also always lived on a street with a 50 mph speed limit, which (I know it is sad to say) made it so we never had cats with a really long life span. Until our cat Friedrick. She is the smartest cat we ever had and the best mouser. She was the best mother cat and always taught her babies to be good mousers and to be very clean (and not to poop in the grass which is what one of our other cats does which is so dumb for a cat!). We think she is 10-11 years old. Or was. She got kitty leukemia in her nose and she cleaned it so much she licked her nose off. But she was still such a good cat, catching mice all the time. We think the leukemia got into her lungs because she got pretty sick and we had to put her down. It is the first time this has ever happened. Pretty sad. Good bye Friedrick.

She was cute even without a nose.

the greatest misnamed cat ever... She was a trooper all the way to the end, and the only cat Dad ever was attached to.
