I have the best parents in the world and they are turning 50 this year! My mom's birthday is today (tomorrow for her...) and I feel sad I am missing it. So everyone should write something nice about my mom in the comments of this post. And may I be the first to say that she makes really great frosting. Happy Birthday Mom!

I am happy to be the first to write a comment about your mom because I love her! Happy birthday! Thank you for always being so nice to us when we were roommates with Ashley and for inviting us over for your yummy food and to play with kittens. You were a great example to all of us. And thank you for having Ashley cause I kind of love her too!

Happy Birthday Sister LaRae (You know 50 is the new 25, right?). Thank you for having a fabulous daughter. She's nice. :D

Happy Birthday! I remember with fondness the cake with the danish dessert on top...mmm... I got the recipe but it just doesn't taste as good as when your mom made it! I remember your mom preparing platefuls of it for me to take home and by the time I got home the plate was empty...good times.

LaRae inspires me with her mad gardening and canning skills. My goal is to be like her someday and have three fresh vegetables from my own garden at every meal during the summer and fall.
